Sales Terms
Last updated September 9, 2026
These Sales Terms apply to purchases made through elavryne.com. They supplement the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Payment Policy.
Product offers and order acceptance
Product listings are invitations to place an order and remain subject to availability. A binding sale is formed when we accept the order and begin fulfillment. We may limit quantities or reject an order when reasonably necessary to address inventory, payment, pricing, shipping, or fraud concerns.
Pricing promotions and errors
The price displayed at checkout controls the purchase, subject to correction of clear errors before acceptance. Promotions apply only during the stated period and according to their displayed conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied after an order is placed.
Availability and substitutions
We do not substitute a different product, color, or size without customer approval. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected item and refund the amount charged for it.
Customer information
Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and eligible delivery information. We may contact the customer to verify an order or correct information. Delays caused by incomplete information can extend processing time.
Title and risk of loss
Ownership transfers when full payment is received. Risk of loss is allocated as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a customer’s rights concerning goods that are not delivered or arrive damaged.
Cancellation returns and remedies
Cancellation requests are accepted before shipment when processing permits. After shipment, the Return and Refund Policy applies. Remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items are reviewed under that policy and applicable law.
Governing terms
If these Sales Terms conflict with a product-specific written offer, the product-specific offer controls for that transaction. If they conflict with mandatory consumer law, the law controls. Missouri law otherwise governs as stated in the Terms of Service.
