Payment Policy

ELAVRYNE accepts secure payment methods displayed during Shopify checkout. Available methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Currency and charges

Prices and order totals are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. The total includes the product price, applicable discounts, and sales tax. Standard eligible U.S. shipping is free.

Authorization

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the payment provider to process the displayed total. A pending authorization may appear before final capture. Banks control how long declined or released authorizations remain visible.

Payment timing and failed payments

Payment is processed through the method selected at checkout. An order may be delayed or canceled if authorization fails, account information does not match, the provider declines the transaction, or additional verification is reasonably required. We do not ask customers to send full card details by email or telephone.

Fraud prevention

We and our payment providers may use automated and manual checks to reduce unauthorized transactions. We may request reasonable verification, limit quantities, cancel an order, or refund a payment when fraud or misuse is suspected.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address. Customers are responsible for providing accurate tax and address information.

Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing is described in the Return and Refund Policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@elavryne.com before initiating a payment dispute so we can review the order and transaction records.

Payment privacy

Payments are handled by Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout. Their processing is subject to their security and privacy practices. ELAVRYNE uses transaction information as described in the Privacy Policy.
